Home Renovation/Reorganization Series - Purdy Paint Brush & Roller- Review

I never thought I could be in love with a paint roller, but I am. My husband and I have had such a hard time with the walls in this home and trying to get paint to go on smoothly has been next to impossible. We have tried generic paint rollers from Walmart and Ace and they left all these tiny hairs/particles all over the walls when we were painting, or they left the wall looking like a textured wall, which was NOT our goal, but I have to say that Purdy Dove rollers are AMAZING. We learned the hard way. We used generic rollers, then brand name rollers, but we were still disappointed with the results...and then I received a Purdy roller and brush to review.

After trying this first roller we went out and bought another half dozen to finish the rest of the rooms in the house.

What a difference! (I promise you, it's the same room)

  1. Looks really pretty -- seems as if you really like those colors, they are a lot like your blog colors! :-)
I'll have to mention those rollers to The Hubs because he is going to do some painting and he always has trouble deciding on what roller to buy. Thanks for the review.
