Our Thoughts:
My husband could taste a difference between these and cheese it's, but he was very impressed with the high level of fiber. He said they were harder than a cheez-it, but tasty. He said he'd much prefer to eat these over fiber bars or fiber pills. They did not have that "card board" taste most high fiber snacks have, so he was impressed.
