Silpat Baking Sheets

Silpat's original non-stick baking mat is ideal for baking cookies, preparing candies and even roasting vegetables, fish, poultry and more. Silpat provides maximum heat transfer, ultimate release and quick and easy cleanup.

Personally I LOVE these products. Before using these baking mats my cookies would not cook evenly. Half the pan would be burnt on the bottom and the other would still be gooey, not to mention sticking to the pan. I own 3 of these baking mats and won't make cookies without using them. They make for easy cleanup and even baking, and I have yet to "burn" cookies using these mats. They're fantastic!
