Shabby Apple - Beautiful Dresses & More

 My Thoughts:

I have loved this site ever since I came across it in a blog several years ago, but never had a chance to try one of their beautiful dresses until now. I love that their pieces are inspired by locations such as Paris, Rome, NY and more. In fact, the bridge my husband and I got engaged on in Central Park, was the backdrop for one of the Shabby Apple women's dresses awhile ago.

I also love their dresses reminiscent of older times and their vintage dresses.  They recently added an entire collection based on the WWII times and aircraft inspired as well as nautical looks, which are really cute. I especially like the brown dress below on the left. It could pass for vintage, but has a modern feel, and I would definitely wear this.

I had a chance to try the green dress on the right - mariposa grove. I love the vibrant color and the petal detail around the neckline, however I found that their dresses run large. I ordered an XS and it was still big on me. So if you are typically a medium in women's clothing, you may want to order a size smaller than normal, but they have a sizing chart to guide you with your purchase.

Overall I think they make beautiful quality dresses and would love to own more from their collection. In the meantime, you can buy one at 10% off!
