Romance/Getaway Series - Pines Dinner Theater

About this theater (from their site) :
Step back to a simpler time where everyone treats you like family. Even though we're in the heart of Allentown, when you're our guest, we'll treat you to real down-home hospitality and authentic rustic elegance. From the moment you walk in the door, until the final curtain call, we'll give you fabulous food and a spectacular show. We invite you to join the thousands of folks from around the country (including one person who claimed to paddle a canoe across the ocean to see us, but we can't verify the authenticity of that claim) who have experienced the The Pines Dinner Theatre, the Lehigh Valley's premier dinner theatre.

I had a chance to see "7 Brides for 7 Brothers" at the Pines, and it was a very entertaining experience. From the moment you walk in the staff are in character. Everyone is very hospitable and welcoming. While the food is mediocre, their portions are very large. "7 Brides for 7 Brothers" is a rambunctious musical based on the MGM musical. Featuring a score of unforgettable hits, and some of the best dancing this side of the Mississippi.

This show is running from June 11 - August 22, 2010 and shows are as follows
Matinees: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday
Evening shows: Friday, Saturday.

Next show scheduled is: Smoke on the Mountain!
