I used the Miss Jones Baking Company's organic sugar cookie mix to create a sugar cookie crusted chocolate peanut butter pie. In our home, we love chocolate and peanut butter and any combination of the two. My son also loves helping me in the kitchen, so he was happy to mix up the sugar cookie mix for my pie crust, while I got the peanut butter and chocolate layers ready. It was a team effort!
