I've been trying this for two weeks, and have not noticed much difference yet. I dont generally have sensitive skin, but some creams make me get more acne, some make my skin feel tighter, and some sting. Unfortunately this cream did stings  the sensitive skin near my eyes a few times, but they were usually after a rough make up removal so skin was vulnerable. It comes in a very cheap, generic looking bottle, and I'm not convinced it's worth it yet! I got it at steep discount, but This opinion is 100% my own.
