- Works flawlessly for arm, ankle, and leg workouts
- Are separated by resistance level to meet your needs
- Are extremely durable and long-lasting
- Are lightweight and portable

What's Included?
- 1 Blue "Light" Band
- 1 Red "Medium" Band
- 1 Green "Heavy" Band
- 1 Black "X-Heavy" Band

I got these in the mail about a week ago and started using them right away. What is nice about these is that you can easily tuck them next to the recliner to take our while watching TV, or tuck in your bag to use on your walk during water breaks or whatnot. I started on the medium resistance and just put them around my wrists and pulled apart and felt it in my upper arms right away, so I look forward to using these more and see what results I can achieve. I wish they came with some instructions or some pictures showing different ways to use these resistance bands.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
