Locating People Online

Have you ever been thinking back into your past about favorite childhood or school time memories? I love to remember the good old times of high school and college, but sometimes I think to myself "I wonder where they are now?"

Thanks for social media and especially facebook it is usually pretty easy to locate someone and find out if they're married, do they have kids, are they still attractive (haha), where do they live, who their friends are, are they a cruise or resort type of person, what movies they like, what shows they watch, what books they read, what games they play on FB, what sites they like, which groups they have joined, where do they work, what are their hobbies, do they have pets, did they go to college, how active on social media they are etc. Facebook and social media (twitter, myspace etc) answer so many questions, but sometimes you want to know more so your search continues.

Of course you can pull up a background check for a fee, or hire a private investigate which is also costly, or check the white or yellow pages if they even exist anymore, but there is also a side called finderio.com where you can look up people by name, company, school, skills, profession and language. They help find and contact anybody throughout the Web. It tells you the area where someone lives and their area of employment to help you narrow your search in finding someone from your past.

So next time you are trying to located someone try using this site, and if you still can not find all the information you are looking for then try the other avenues suggested here. It is amazing just what you can find out on the internet. It makes me a little leery about what I leave out there in cyberspace.
