Insightly
And even if you aren't a small business owner, Insightly CRM can also be used for personal projects. For example, if you are raising money for a cause or event, this program allows you to track who donated. This will be helpful if you need to send out thank you notes, or tax deductible summaries come year end. I know that fundraising can be quite a headache. We had to do some for our adoption, and it was a challenge keeping track of who contributed via various sites and events, and this is a great way to simplify the process.
Some people are even using it in real estate. As a real estate agent you are responsible for marketing yourself, getting leads and following up on them. If you don't have an easy one-stop spot to keep track it can get messy and confusing. Insightly CRM allows you to manage your lists in an orderly fashion, so that no leads slip by. After all, leads = money in the real estate business. Trust me, I know. I helped my husband get his real estate business up and running, and making contacts and keeping them is where the money is.
