Gluten-Free Entertaining

If you're going gluten-free, are gluten-free, or have friends who follow this specific diet, then you know all too well how difficult planning a gluten-free party can be. With the holidays right around the corner, there is no better time to check out Olivia Dupin's newest book, Gluten-Free Entertaining.

Gluten-Free Entertaining will teach you how to entertain with ease, whether you're hosting a brunch, going to a holiday bash, or just having a casual couple's dinner at home. And with fourteen separate menus and more than 100 party-pleasing dishes, you'll find something for every taste and occasion.

There are at least three people in my social circle who are on Gluten-free diets, and it has been hard to find recipes that not only accommodate their dietary needs, but also taste great and would appeal to those of us who are not on a GF diet. This book is full of great ideas. So far I've tried out their chocolate popcorn and the mocktail recipes for a GF and alcohol-free festive drink. Both recipes were a hit!

This book also includes some other great GF recipes like green bean casserole, which normally has cream of mushroom soup, but this book offers an easy alternative. It's a staple at our family gatherings so it's nice to know that the GF people in our family can still enjoy this dish.

I can't wait to try other recipes like the chocolate oatmeal cookies and the mouth-watering cake on the cover!
