MY THOUGHTS:
While I can't test what percentage of germs are left on my hands after using this product, I did like the feel and packaging of the product. It didn't dry out my hands, and the labels were clear what ingredients went into this product. The only thing I didn't like is that while it says no fragrances were added, I felt it had the odor of a personal lubricant product that they use in medical offices. Aside from that it seems to be a great product, and worth a try for those of you working with kids or in the medical field and constantly in need of clean hands!
