ShirleyJ - Breakfast Line

Doesn't the picture below make your mouth water? As soon as I saw these photos I knew I had to try them. These pancakes looks divine.

Thankfully the nice people at ShirleyJ offered to send me some to try out for review.

My Thoughts:
Last weekend my husband was craving pancakes so he decided to make the buttermilk pancake and waffle mix. He said they were so much easier to make than our normal brand (Bisquick). With our previous brand we had to add milk, lemon juice and other ingredients, but with ShirleyJ's, you just add water. These pancakes turned out nice and fluffy. While I don't think the flavor was as mouth watering as the bisquick kind, I'd take the ease of making it over the alternative brand any day!

And if you're like me and prefer to have a more balanced diet from time to time, then be sure to try their Timeless Grains Cereal-Cranberry Almond. With 18 natural grains, nuts and fruit they've given you the perfect combination for better health, higher performance and quicker recovery in our all-natural cereal. It contains Oats, barley flakes, cranberries, rye flakes, organic evaporated can juice, almonds, long grain rice, yellow corn flour, wheat, amaranth, millet, flaxseed, buckwheat, organic quinoa, spelt, cinnamon, sesame seeds and sea salt. Over the past few months I've been experimenting more with ingredients like quinoa and barley and am happy to see these healthy ingredients are becoming more prevalent.
