Renowned director Neil Goldberg, creator of the groundbreaking Broadway hit CIRQUE DREAMS JUNGLE FANTASY, re-imagines the holiday season with CIRQUE DREAMS HOLIDAZE. An international cast of over 30 multi-talented and brilliantly costumed artists come to life and perform astonishing feats of disbelief. Experience gingerbread men flipping mid air, toy soldiers marching on thin wires, snowmen daringly balancing, icemen powerfully sculpting, penguins spinning, puppets dancing and reindeer soaring high above a landscape of holiday wonderment. An original music score and some seasonal favorites accompany hundreds of spectacular costumes and holiday dreams in a setting of gigantic gifts, colossal candy canes and 30-foot towering soldiers. My Thoughts:
I've never seen anything like it. The tricks and stunts that blew me away. Not only is there acrobatics and juggling but also death defying acts (in my opinion). There were entire sections of the show that I found myself holding my breath for fear that if I exhaled someone would slip or something would drop. My favorite part, although it gave me much anxiety, was the roller skating duo section. Once you see it for yourselve you'll know why. It was amazing! I don't know how these preformers train for this show, but it certainly has paid off.
