Obviously, as a woman, I was not able to review the Spanx products for men, to my husband offered to do so and here are his thoughts:I'll be honest, when I first tried on the Spanx products, my first thought was, "How am I going to breath in these?" It definitely took some getting used to and putting the undershirt on and off my body was quite a challenge. After wearing my Spanx all day, I found myself forgetting I was actually wearing them. I not only felt comfortable as the day progressed, but also actually liked having the compression on my body. It felt therapeutic and definitely increased my confidence. Speaking of therapeutic, I work with the autistic population and feel these would be great for those individuals that benefit from deep pressure and weighted vests. I tend to wear clothes from Express, which are fitted, and I often find myself "sucking it in" during the day. While wearing my Spanx, there was no need to take those deep breaths. The compression and mesh zones are all in the right spots, to avoid perspiring and allow for comfort all day. Spanx products are made of high quality, and the price is on the higher end, but it is nice to have these products as part of your wardrobe, especially when you want that athletic-look you had in your twenties.
