Rosa’s started off in 1982 in Springfield, Massachusetts, selling bulk fudge to small neighborhood stores and a local department store chain with the original flavors being Chocolate, Chocolate Walnut, Maple, Maple Walnut and Vanilla. And now have 22 different flavors, and now reach a nationwide market, shipping fresh gourmet product 52 weeks a year to customers across the 48 states.

They use premium ingredients, including natural vanilla, heavy cream, butter, large English walnuts and premium peanut butter, and use pure unsweetened cooking chocolate. The fudge is made fresh daily and is kosher.
