Down East Basics
Down East Basics is a website/store that carries a variety of extremely fashionable clothing for very reasonable prices. I came across this site today for the first time, and was impressed with the wide selection and great prices.
I think that my favorite piece that I've seen, based on photos alone, is the "Lost in Love" dress, pictured above. It has a woven bodice, which I find very clever and smart-looking, and a bottom half with a lot of movement. My other favorite thing about this site is their selection of cheap skirts. They have many to choose from, and I think my favorite skirt is the "First Lady" skirt, which has a cute belt and great A-line shape, with pleating.
Their apparel is available for purchase online or at their many retail stores, which are located in the Western portion of the United States of America. I would love to visit a store if one ever opened in my area, but I’m on the East Coast, so I’ll have to stick to online ordering until they expand into my area.
I can't stress enough how reasonable their prices are. They have cute tops starting at $5. How can you beat style at prices like this? You can't!
Check them out for yourselves!!!
