I really enjoy using my Tom Tom One XLS. I had never had a GPS before so it took some getting used to, but there are several things I really like about this device. It reads the street names to me so that I don't have to constantly watch the screen, and it will give you advanced notice so you don't miss a turn. The second thing that is great about this is the volume adjusting mechanism. Depending on the speed you are going, your volume will auto-adjust. If you are going fast, the volume is louder, and when your speed decreases the volume reduces to coincide with the speed your car is going. Another thing that I really like about this GPS is it is customizable. You can select your car to appear on the screen. I don't mean just the car - You can select the make and model of your car and it will appear on the screen. You can also change the background of the GPS when it turns off and powers down. I love making things my own, so this is a fun feature that I enjoy. On top of all these elements it makes my life so much easier because I waste less time getting stuck in traffic, because it allows me to avoid roadblocks/traffic, and it saves time because I don't get lost now! What a relief! I think that everyone should own a Tom Tom GPS, because it really does improve the quality of life, and reduces the amount of stress in my life due to traffic and traveling!

We loved it so much we actually bought one for our second car, and after lending it to my mom for a week, she bought one as well. The ripple effect has started!
