I enjoy looking onto Pure Flix for family movie night. We try to hang out every Friday night as a family and find something the entire family can watch and there are so many to choose from. A couple years ago my older kids watched the Passion, but it was a bit too intense, so I was happy to see they came out with a "brick" version for kids. My son has watched Lego everything - Lego batman, Lego star wars etc. It makes it relatable to him and his interests, so I'm thrilled to see some Christian content in "brick" form.
There are also films that my husband and I would enjoy like the Case for Christ. I remember reading this book back when I was in high school. I'll admit I've gotten out of the habit of reading my Bible regularly and reading Christian education books like I used to, but putting the information into film format makes it more appealing to me and my stage of life. It's something that enriches our minds but also provides some entertainment.
