So that's what I did. I received this box of goodies from Miss Jones Baking Company to come up with something tasty!
I used the Miss Jones Baking Company's organic sugar cookie mix to create a sugar cookie crusted chocolate peanut butter pie. Doesn't that sound delicious? :) I'll link the recipe below in case anyone is interested! In our home, we love chocolate and peanut butter and any combination of the two. My son also loves helping me in the kitchen, so he was happy to mix up the sugar cookie mix for my pie crust, while I got the peanut butter and chocolate layers ready. It was a team effort!
