Ava & Frank Face/Body Paint
I recently learned about a brand called Ava & Frank. They make a face paint palette that looks like an artist palette. Such clever packaging and design. I'd probably buy this one over others just because of the artsy feel. :)
Anyway, here's a bit about them:
"Our Face and Body Paints are the best in the industry. Sourced, made and packaged with love in the USA. With so many dangerous chemicals in the current providers of kids face paints, we wanted to make a difference and use non-paraben, hypoallergenic, FDA compliant, Vegan paints that are creamy, long lasting and SO MUCH SAFE FUN!"
I recently had a chance to try out this product. They arrive as cakey dry paints, but once you add a few drops of water it's easy to work with and paint with. However if you add too much water the color does not stay on your face, so you have to hit a happy medium. I decided to try my hand at a Cinco De Mayo look, the candy skull. Am I Spanish? No, but it looked like such a fun look to try out. What do you think?
You can find the product here: http://avaandfrank.com
Many thanks for Tomoson for connecting me with this brand, and Ava & Frank for the chance to try this product. All opinions expressed are 100% my own!
