Essie Fall Colors - LOVE!

Essie recently introduced their Fall 2014 colors: live dangerously. dress flawlessly. inspired by espionage and the thrill of the chase, the fall 2014 palette delivers shades so chic it’s almost criminal. If they were going with bold and almost criminal they hit the nail on the head with their red (dressed to kilt) and blue (style cartel). The blue is a bit bold for me, so I won't wear it often, but perfect for holidays like Fourth of July! The red is gorgeous if you want your nails to stand out. Perfect Winter color, but I especially adore the muted earth tones such as "take it outside," "the perfect cover up" & "fall in line." For days that I don't have my wardrobe planned out, these subtle colors are safe bets and will match almost anything.

I have tried MANY brands of nail polish over the years, and sadly, many don't hold up to the test of time. By day 2 or 3 my nails are chipping or peeling, but essie withstood the test of time. I applied 2 coats without any topcoat and the color looked perfect for 4-5 days and only started showing the smallest signs of wear and tear at day 6 or 7. That is impressive for polish without a top coat. I am very happy with this brand and its many products!

Question: With over 300 essie shades to pick from, how do you pick just one?

 Answer: You Don't!!!

If you are already starting your holiday shopping, why not pick up a few bottles of essie polish to give to some beauty minded women or girls in your life??? It makes a great gift or stocking stuffer ;-).
