My Thoughts:
I love fictional novels based on Biblical stories. They get me intrigued and then I start looking deeper into the actual Bible stories, the background, the ways of the times. I LOVE Mesu Andrews writing style. I fell in love with them when I read her first novel about Lot and I've enjoyed this novel too. I loved seeing the story through Hosea's eyes and how deep his love for Gomer was, despite all the times she challenged that love.
